What this site collects
Email. This site has no contact form and collects nothing from you. If you write to us, we process what your message contains in order to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).
Server logs. Our hosting provider processes request metadata, including IP address, in order to deliver and secure the site.
Cookies. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. No tracking occurs before consent because no non-essential tracking is present at all. If analytics are added later, this section and a consent mechanism must be updated in the same change.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as it takes to handle the enquiry and any contractual relationship that follows from it, then deleted in line with statutory retention periods.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your own country. The controller is established in Estonia, so its lead supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
