How this works in practice
Our engineers join your team and work on your board, through your review process, against your definition of finished. Everything they do is visible to you as they do it.
What you get
- Senior engineers who review your team's changes and submit their own for review the same way
- Whatever process you already have: we adopt yours
- Our AI-assisted way of working if you want it, applied inside your standards and only with tools you have approved
- A named lead on our side accountable for our people, so you are managing an engagement and not individuals
- An exit that takes a notice period
When to choose this
Choose this when your team is good and short-handed, when hiring will take longer than your deadline, or when you need a specific capability for one phase and not permanently.
When not to
This shape depends on your team having capacity to review our work. Without it, you are buying end-to-end delivery with extra steps, so say so and we will scope it as end-to-end delivery instead.
What we commit to
Our engineers' work is reviewed by your team like anyone else's, and a defect in it is ours to fix. Everything they produce is yours from the moment it is written.
How it is bought
Per engineer, per two-week cycle, with a notice period agreed up front. Capacity is what you are buying, so it is priced as capacity rather than as a fixed-scope Statement of Work.
After acceptance, ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer if you want us to stay. You are not obliged to take one.
