What you are handing over
You give us the problem, the constraints and the date. We decide what to build, build it, and ship it. Keeping the work moving is the job you are buying.
What you get
- A named lead who owns the outcome and stays on it start to finish
- Working, deployable software at the end of every two-week cycle
- A planning session at the start of each cycle and a demo at the end — no separate status reporting
- Written acceptance criteria that decide when something is finished, agreed before it is built
- Your code, your infrastructure and your documentation from the first day, well before final payment, so the handover is already done when the work ends
When to choose this
Choose this when you have no engineering capacity to manage, or when you already have more suppliers to coordinate than you want. It suits founders without a technical co-founder, and it suits departments whose internal engineering queue is already full.
When not to
If you have a product owner who wants to make the calls, you would be paying us for judgement you already have in house. Take you lead, we build instead.
What we commit to
A change request is yours; a defect against the agreed criteria is ours, fixed at our cost. If we miss what we committed to in a cycle, that cycle is not billed.
How it is bought
As a fixed Statement of Work when the requirement is clear enough to describe and sign, or as two-week cycles when it is not. Either way the price is in writing before you commit, and on cycles you can stop at any boundary.
After acceptance, ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer if you want us to stay. You are not obliged to take one.
